WPL primarily provides digital training programs designed to help athletes and lifters develop strength, speed, power, and overall performance.

At this time, individualized training opportunities are limited and considered on a case-by-case basis based on schedule availability and project fit.

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee acceptance as a client. Due to scheduling limitations, WPL may not be able to accommodate all requests.
